Help with Ultimate 2244
Ultimate 2244 is in development. These notes help people using a test version; features may vary by build.
Shop and purchases
Shop not loading? Connect to the internet, open Shop, and tap Retry if products are unavailable. Free tools remain available while the storefront reloads.
Missing a purchase? Open the main menu > Settings > Subscription > Restore purchases, using the Apple Account that made the purchase. Restore applies to eligible permanent purchases and active subscriptions; it does not refill spent gems or power-ups.
Manage a subscription. Use the subscription-management option in the app or your Apple Account subscription settings to change or cancel a plan. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Family plans. Eligible Pro Family plans support Apple Family Sharing. Gems and consumable power-ups are not pooled between players.
Parents and privacy questions
The current test version uses Apple’s shared age range to apply child protections. Child mode keeps gameplay local and turns off connected accounts, social features, Game Center, advertising, analytics and crash uploads. Purchases and outside actions require an adult-reading check. That check is not verified parental consent for data collection.
A parent or guardian can contact us about privacy, access to information or deletion of records from an earlier test version. Turning on child protections does not delete earlier cloud records. The full app privacy policy and terms are being finalized before public release.
